Damages
There has to be a balance between what is and what is not acceptable when it comes to damages and we like to be up front about it. On one hand, it would be unfair for World Trails Asia to end up spending more on repairing the motorcycle after a tour than it cost for the customer to take part .
YOUR responsibility is to ride with due care and attention, and NOT ride on the rev limiter or treat the tour as a race day. If you are riding in a responsible manner there should be no reason for the bike to become damaged . However, you will be responsible for the following items:
• bent frame • damaged exhaust system • damaged engine due to over revving or immersion in water • bent wheels • burnt out clutch • smashed or damaged engine casings.
We have not lost a bike (or a client!) over a mountain yet so damages should not really be an issue if you are sensible. Here is an overview of what we don't want to see!
You can take reassurance in the fact that damages such as these are: very rare and only happen when the participant is acting irresponsibly.
All damage parts will be pay buy the rider at the price listed on the weaver .
